[AAUP-ULL-List] Leadership / election

Dear all,

Keith has resigned as chapter president and I, the vice president, am not
able to serve as president given high workload and the administrative and
healthcare duties around my father's deathbed.

I need someone to run a special election or allow me to just recruit a
president (I have someone in mind). This is the best I can do, I am sorry.
