Welcome to the new Graduate Coordinators email listserv. This new listserv has been created by the Graduate School to facilitate quick, easy discussion among Graduate Coordinators. Want to know how other grad programs handle comprehensive exams? Just ask. Want to know how other programs are recruiting or using GradSchoolMatch.com? Just ask. Want to know if other programs' grad students are encountering difficulties with Housing? Just ask. This is a Grad Coordinator only email list. We won't be using it for announcements about programming, etc. There are no administrative assistants or administrators on it. It's intended for you and you only. It's intended to better enable the people who know the ins-and-outs of being a Graduate Coordinator best -- you -- to serve as a resource to one another. To post a message to all the list members, send email to graduate.coordinators.listsrv@lists.louisiana.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Graduate.coordinators.listsrv
Subscribe to Graduate.coordinators.listsrv by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
