We meet Friday, September 22 at 1 PM in the Dean's Conference Room, on the
ground floor of Griffin.

TENTATIVE AGENDA

   1. Election of secretary (Candidate Sheri Lazare + nominations from
   floor)
   2. Report and questions from Committee A (Leslie)
   3. New chapter website: https://ullaaup.org/Site (Keith)
   4. New state conference website http://laaaup.org/ (Leslie)
   5. Report on August (and earlier February) meetings in Baton Rouge with
   Governor's staff; written report from Keith on August meeting (this was a
   State Conference event, and will result in ongoing collaboration) (Keith +
   Leslie)
   6. Discussion of ways to grow membership: one suggestion is that full
   professors sponsor earlier-career people in all categories; what other
   strategies can we have? (Keith)
   7. Possible statement of support for DACA students (Leslie)
   8. Report on State Conference and ALFS activities (Leslie)
   9. Reminder: Provost Danahar is coming to our Nov 17th meeting to talk
   to us (Keith)
