Dear all,

As members of the AAUP state conference Executive Committee Kevin Cope and
I, who will be at the June meeting of the AAUP anyway, can serve as
delegates to the Assembly of State Conferences business meeting. But we
have a total of four delegates from Louisiana, however, if anyone else is
interested. Let's Kevin and I at least get our forms in, and anyone else
interested please get in touch with me?

In order to vote in the ASC Business Meeting, you will have to complete the
appropriate delegate credential form. You can access the form here
<https://www.aaup.org/sites/default/files/ASC_Delegate_Form_2018.pdf>.

Each conference may elect up to four delegates to each Assembly meeting.
Delegates and alternates must be Active Members of the Association, must be
elected delegates by secret ballot vote of their respective conferences
according to election procedures determined by each conference, and must be
identified at least 30 days before a meeting of the Assembly. Conference
officers may serve as delegates by virtue of their election to office,
provided such election is by secret ballot vote.

*State Conference delegates must be registered to the Annual Conference to
complete credentialing.* Online registration for the 2018 AAUP Annual
Conference on the State of Higher Education closes on Monday, June 4,

room reservations at the AAUP's discounted rate must be made no later than
